What You'll Be Working On

At Lime Connect, we're continuously evolving one of Europe's leading AI-powered customer communication platforms — and we're looking for a Python Developer (intermediate to senior) to help us take it further.
From intelligent automation to real-time messaging, you'll play a key role in shaping a mature, stable product with new features, smarter AI tools and improved performance.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain our Django-based backend with a focus on scalability, maintainability and performance
  • Design and implement new features across our Lime Connect AI platform and customer dashboard
  • Build and improve AI-driven automation features — some already live, others built from scratch
  • Extend the backend of our mobile app and ensure seamless platform integration
  • Handle transaction management and complex APIs powering real-time communication
  • Collaborate closely with Frontend, QA, DevOps, Design and Product — collaboration is core to how we build
  • Actively contribute to improving our development processes, architecture and tooling

What Makes You a Fit

  • You write clean, maintainable Python code and have experience with Django or similar frameworks.
  • You’re used to working in API-driven environments and know your way around PostgreSQL.
  • You enjoy solving real product problems and collaborating across design, frontend, and QA.
  • You're independent, pragmatic, and care about building things that actually work well.
  • You’re comfortable communicating in English — written and spoken.
