What You'll Be Working On

Lime Connect is growing, and we want to grow profitably. So we're creating a new role that brings together finance, business controlling and revenue operations:

  • You partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset to every discussion. Through sharp financial analysis and business modelling, you assess the profitability of our current products and build the case for new products, initiatives and pricing.
  • You own the budget and make sure there's a single source of truth for all our numbers.
  • Your analyses help every team make data-driven decisions.
  • As a thought partner to the CEO, you're close to the big decisions and present our numbers to Lime's management and the Advisory Board together with him.
  • You drive strategic projects that move the company forward, from first idea to execution.

What Makes You a Fit

  • You have at least five years of experience in strategy or management consulting and know how to structure complex questions quickly.
  • You don't just understand budgets, margins and cost structures, you calculate them yourself.
  • You're familiar with software or subscription business models and know how recurring revenue and usage-based costs fit together.
  • Ideally, you've already worked on pricing projects.
  • You build models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets and explain the results in a way that sales, product and management can work with.
  • You're hands-on and excited to build something that doesn't exist at Lime Connect yet.
  • You speak fluent German and English.
